~ Payment: our hotel “GRAND MONTANA” accepts cash payment, through bank transfer or through credit or debit cards.
~ Internet: each apartment is supplied with free Internet connection and you can rent a laptop at the reception desk of the hotel. All the common areas, the restaurant, the SPA-center and the lobby-bar are supplied with wireless internet access.
~ Room-service: we offer our guests 24-hour room-service, as well as free delivery of food from the restaurants of “T HOTELS” chain in Bansko /for more detailed information, please see “Restaurants”/
~ Breakfast: breakfast is served every morning from 8.00 to 10.00 am in the restaurant of the hotel or you can order it to be served in your apartment at any fixed time you have arranged in advance. Breakfast may be: continental, English or French, to which we add a large variety of hot and cold drinks, freshly squeezed juices etc.
~ Restaurant: “CASA DI MARE” is within meters from the central lobby of the hotel and offers a variety of delicacies and specialties, prepared from selected recipes as well as a wide choice of white and red wines from the cellar of the restaurant .
~ Transport: everyone of our customers can use the free transport we offer to the lift, center of town and all other hotels and restaurants of the Chain “T HOTELS” in Bansko. We offer transfers from the hotel and back with our luxury transport, and we can also arrange for you to rent a car /for more detailed information, please see “Transport”/.
~ Lobby-bar: next to the reception desk of the hotel is our discreet and cozy lobby-bar, which can offer an unbelievable selection of drinks, cocktails and light food which you can have anytime you wish.
~ Safe deposit boxes for valuables: you can find them at the reception desk of the hotel.
~ Conference and business center: the“GRAND MONTANA” hotel provides a technically equipped hall suitable for conferences, business meetings, presentations, seminars and press conferences. “Pirin” hall has a capacity of 100 seats, sound systems, multi media, projector, screen, multifunctional boards, wireless / LAN / Internet etc. To organize your events better we can offer coffee breaks, block table in the hall or personal service. There is a business centre to the conference hall which is supplied with computers, Internet, telephone, FAX, computer services, which include copying and printing, packing and sending documents, reception and filing of post, secretary services etc. You can also rent a mobile phone with SIM card of some of the local mobile operators.
~ Sports and recreation: there is a SPA-center in the hotel which is equipped with last generation electronic apparatus, steam bath, sauna, Jacuzzi, solarium, hydro-jet with water massage, cabins for massage and recreation. We recommend you to use some of our programs, procedures or therapies /honey and chocolate, volcanic stones, massage “Bali”, Ayurveda-Shirodara etc./ for your nicer look and better condition.
